ADEC Earns First Place at Regionals

The UHS Academic Decathlon team earned first place at the Central Regional competition and is looking forward to State. UHS Football Team Plays Council Bluffs Thomas Jefferson

 On Friday the 18th the UHS football team wins against Council Bluffs Thomas Jefferson moving them up 3-1 in district play. The score was 55-6 proving that the J-Hawks are a force to be reckoned with! UHS’s 2019 Homecoming Festivities

Urbandale’s 2019 Homecoming is promising many ways to celebrate and show school spirit! This year’s Homecoming week starts on September 16th. The dress code at UHS may prevent some inappropriate clothing items from circling the school, but the rules are outdated and sexist towards female students. Every year, once school starts in August, students walk through the halls in their new outfits. Teachers watch for “revealing” outfits that violate the school rules.
